Olufemi Adeniji is a Principal Partner of Olufemi Adeniji & Co. He has considerable experience in both the public and private sectors. He has worked in various capacities as Accountant in manufacturing industries such as Wiggins Teape Nigeria Plc, Nigeria café & foods (WA) Limited and TSG Nigeria Limited where he served as the Chief Accountant. Before going on Professional Practice, he trained in the Professional firm of Gabe Fasoto& Co.
Olufemi has led the Audit of many private and Government Parastatals such as Nigeria Extractive Industry Transparency Initiative (NEITI).Nigeria Institute of Oceanography and Marine Research (NIOMR). Federal College of Fisheries and Marine Research. Water Corporation of Oyo state, Osun State Broadcasting Corporation, National Institute for Horticultural Research, National Sport Commission, Population Research Fund (NISER), Ondo State Afforestation Project (WB-Assisted), Oyo State HSDP project (WB-Financed).
He was involved in the EU-financed support to reforming institution programme (SRIP) on implementation of water supply and sanitation sector reform as mid- term expert in six states of Nigeria, DFID/NPC Seeds Benchmarking in Imo & River State as Assessor.
Olufemi core skills are in the areas of Taxation planning and management and management reviews.
He holds an MBA degree from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
Gideon Oladepo had his professional training with Peat, Marwick, Ani Ogunde, & Co. (now KPMG International) between 1982 and 1984, during which he qualified as a chartered accountant. He has twenty-one years work experience in the industry and professional practice.
He has been involved, in the last ten years, as Lead Consultant in the Accounting Advisory Services to the Bureau of Public Enterprises on the privatization of more than eight public enterprises, including Abuja Securities and Commodity Exchange, the three Inland Rolling Mills in Osogbo, Jos, and Katsina, Federal Super-phosphate Fertilizer Company in Kaduna, Nigeria Machine Tools Limited, Osogbo, Abuja International Hotel and the International Conference Center, among others.
He was on State's Economic Empowerment and Development Strategy (SEEDS) benchmark assessment teams to Akwa Ibom state, Cross River state and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), as an Assessor/Team Leader. (The assignment which was at the instance of DFID/UNDP was on behalf of the National Planning Commission of the Nigerian government and its development partners: EUROPEAN UNION, and DFID.
Taiwo Olalere had his professional training with Coopers & Lybrand (now BDO professional) between 1993 to 2001, during which he rose to the position of audit manager.
He has had full project responsibility and has a sound knowledge of finance, Audit, quality assurance, Due Diligence activities in both international organizations, private and public sector especially in the banking, health, and oil and gas sectors. He has wide knowledge of quality assurance, finance, process redesign, IT, performance improvement and evaluations, and strategic business development in oil & gas, manufacturing, retail and distribution, and financial services sectors.
He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria. He bagged a master degree in professional accounting and graduate certificate in statistics.
His International exposures has made him to work with several international organization like African Development Bank (AfDB) as an internal auditor and OPEC fund for International Development as a finance controller/ senior loan management officer.
He joined the firm as a Partner in 2015.
Saliu Obafemi had his professional training with Peat, Marwick, Ani Ogunde, & Co. (now KPMG International) between 1991 and 1997, during which he qualified as a chartered accountant.
He has twenty-one years work experience in industry and professional practice, a former Banking Executive with experience in all areas of corporate and commercial banking.
Areas of expertise include Core Banking, Operations, Management Services, Marketing, Staff Training and Development, Personnel Management, Credit Approvals, Loan Recovery and workouts, and Audit duties.
He possesses excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to adapt and operate effectively at all levels. He was on State’s Economic Empowerment and Development Strategy (SEEDS) benchmark assessment teams to Akwa Ibom state, Cross River state and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), as an Assessor/Team Leader.
